A Somatic Practice of Self-Inquiry

What happens when you truly look at yourself? I've been asking this question since I was a teenager in Brazil, studying Do-In, Astrology, Freud, Laing, and Jung. At thirteen, I started Jungian psychoanalysis because I was curious about my own subconscious. At fifteen, my first session of Global Posture Reeducation (RPG Method®) changed everything. I felt my body in ways I'd never known I had agency of.

That moment sparked decades of exploration through Pilates, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method®, Body-Mind Centering®, Rolfing, Continuum Movement, and many other somatic disciplines, which I still research and study diligently today.

POSES is a mirror-based somatic practice that awakens and observes our senses through guided self-encounters, working on Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual aspects simultaneously.

POSES is an independent project based on yeard of scientific research, drawing from everything I've learned—from Philippe Souchard's RPG Method® to depth psychology, from movement practices to ancient wisdom.

One of the most fulfilling aspects is creating visual language and marketing strategy for POSES. I collaborate with renowned photographers and illustrators to craft imagery informed by my understanding of semiotics and neuropsychology, creating visual invitations that connect on a deeper level, sparking recognition before words can reach your brain.

This is where my background in visual communication, art direction, and fashion converges with my passion for healing and higher consciousness.
